One in Three women have reported experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace.

(108,771,539 people need this thing and I’m trying my best to get it to them)

There are difficult decisions that a harassee must make, which has consequences for every scenario.

Serves as an objective, third-party resource.

ReVoice

Helping people who are experiencing sexual harassment, navigate through what can be the most trying time in their career.

Coming forward to an employer can have just as many consequences as staying silent.  We want to be there to help.

How we can help?

People are becoming patrons of this project, and with the help of many small donations we are starting to build resources.  But, there is a lot of work to do, and we need all the help we can get!

Why?
Because people are starting to step forward and admit that this is happening.  And I expect that (hope that) this trend continues.  Though, the statistics reflect that 71% of people who have experienced sexual harassment remain silent.  That’s because it is difficult, and the message we get is to “just deal with it,” “it’s just how it is,”

But what if it wasn’t “just how it is?”

WHAT IF WE CAN HELP MORE PEOPLE COME FORWARD, AND IN TURN: REDUCE INSTANCES ALL TOGETHER?

That’s what keeps me going.  That’s why I haven’t given up.

Sincerely,
Lacy O'Brien
